	Seven year old male castrated American quarter horse. History of large abdominal mass for 1 year, with associated peritoneal and pleural effusion, coagulopathy and mild anemia. Surgery was performed and a very large mass grossly originating from the mesenteric jejunal attachment was removed. The mass was so large that had to be transported to the department of pathology with a wheel barrel cart to be examined.
