Case no. 1  /back/
Diagnosis: Papillary carcinoma

epithelial cells in monolayered sheets, papillary formation the cells have well-defined, uniformly dense cytoplasm central, slightly irregular, enlarged nucleus with fine chromatin pattern and nuclear indentation- grooves
Case no. 2  /back/ Diagnosis: Hurthle cell neoplasm

loose aggregate of large, polygonal to oval cells with abundant, granular cytoplasm and large nuclei with uniformly distributed chromatin d.d. malignancy-Hurthle cell carcinoma
Case no. 3 /back/ Diagnosis: Pleomorphic adenoma

purple staining chondromyxoid background epithelial cells, relatively uniform in size and shape, single or in clusters cells with poorly defined cytoplasm and round, hyperchromatic nuclei d.d. adenoid cystic carcinoma (submandibular or minor glands, myxoid background in adenoma pleomorphe) mucoepidermoid carcinoma (abundant cytoplasm, slight increase cytoplasmic keratin, bizzare nuclei)
Case no. 4  /back/ Diagnosis: Parathyroid adenoma

loosly attached cell groups, ill-defined cytoplasmatic membrane, round nuclei, common naked nuclei d.d. hyperplasia, thyroid tissue
Case no. 5  /back/ Diagnosis: Infiltrating ductal carcinoma

atypical cells in the clusters hyperchromatic, vesicular, round nuclei with variation in size and shape chromatin is unequally distributed, nuclear membranes are irregular but well defined d.d. carcinoma in situ
Case no. 6  /back/ Diagnosis: Schwannoma

twisted structures of closely packed spindle, stellate or bipolar cells in fibrillar background sometimes iregular nucleus and marked degree of cytological pleomorphism d.d. MPNST- solid areas, no twisted structures, monotonous cell population, hypercellularity
Case no. 7  /back/ Diagnosis: Glioblastoma

ill-defined margin appearance of the pleomorphic cell with large nuclei large cells with abudant cytoplasm, marked variation in size and shape, binucleation and bizzare nuclei d.d. poorly differentiated neoplasm (metastatic carcinoma
Case no. 8  /back/ Diagnosis: Pituitary gland adenoma

cells smeared less evently producing a clumped effect, single cell population abundant cytoplasm, uniform cell population, oval to rounded nucleus with fine chromatin distribution d.d. normal pituitary gland-cytological heterogeneity
